Because our products are digital ebooks, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

However, if you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your ebook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to fix the issue, resend the product, or offer a refund when appropriate.
